How long has G & H Auto Body been in business?

G & H Auto Body & Paint has been in business since 1984. It is family owned and operated by Khoren (Chris) & Arman Payaslyan. G & H Auto Body & Paint has been serving Los Angeles county for more than 30 years.

What types of services does G & H Auto Body provide?

G & H Auto Body & Paint specializes in automotive repair and restoration, dent repair, auto glass and windshield repair, towing services, auto painting services, and collision repair.

Is G & H Auto Body & Paint a specialized body shop for a specific type of Vehicle?

Our experienced team is certified to work with all major manufacturers; both foreign and domestic.

Will my car be the same after the body repairs are completed?

Quality work is not only our passion, it’s our guarantee. Many decades of experience, training, and certifications have equipped our team to exceed safety and industry standards.

Will the paint match?

We use Envirobase paint. It’s a low VOC paint with that provides a quality finish on your car with reduced impact on the environment.

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

Our team aims to get you and your vehicle back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. With that being said, there are a multiple variables that can impact the length of time needed to complete your repair, including the extent of the damage to your vehicle, the availability of parts for your vehicle, and the insurance company’s policies and procedures. We will provide you with a target date for completion and keep open communication throughout the process.

What are OEM parts?

OEM stands for “Original Equipment Manufacturer.” In some cases an insurance company will require G & H Auto Body & Paint to use only new OEM parts built by your vehicle’s manufacturer.

What are used parts?

Used parts are factory OEM parts that have been salvaged from another vehicle of the same make and model. These parts are proven to be in good condition and are a more economical option. Some insurance companies allow for used parts to be used, depending on the vehicles age.

What are aftermarket parts?

Unlike OEM parts, aftermarket parts (or Quality Replacement Parts) are new parts manufactured by another company other than your vehicle’s original manufacturer. Some insurance companies will require the use of aftermarket parts to reduce the costs of a repair. In these cases we only use certified aftermarket parts.

Can you include any non-related damage to the insurance claim?

G & H Auto Body & Paint cannot include damages that are not related to the reported claim on the repair estimate. Please let us know if you would like an estimate for repair of additional damage.

Can you discount/waive my deductible?

Unfortunately, insurance companies only pay the amount beyond your deductible, because of this we must collect the full deductible.

Why does it cost so much?

There are many factors that impact the cost of your vehicle repair. Most new vehicles are designed to crush upon impact in a collision to absorb energy and reduce risk of injury. This design increases the amount of damage that a collision will have on your vehicle. We employ highly trained technicians, coupled with industry-leading parts and labor, in order to restore vehicles back to the manufacturer’s specifications.
